"The true meaning of life is to plant trees under whose shade
you do not expect to sit." – Nelson Henderson

Texas Wall Street Women,

Young girls need to believe they can achieve whatever they wish. With intelligence, hard work, persistence and hope, they open their life to a world of possibilities. Can you give these girls some hope?

Texas Wall Street Women has chosen to support the Foundation for the Education of Young Women (FEYW). FEYW is a 501(c)(3) organization that supports girls' education so they will have the skills to achieve success in college and in life. FEYW established the first all-girls public school in Dallas and has since opened similar schools in Austin, San Antonio and Lubbock. Future plans include opening two more schools in Texas. These schools are giving girls hope.

How you can help these young women succeed? Each year, we ask our members to contribute to the charitable organization TXWSW supports. Please help us reach our fundraising goal by donating a gift to help support these girls in their dream to prepare for a successful college experience. For the majority of the girls at FEYW schools, they will be the first in their families to pursue a college education, and they need your help and support to do so.

Please click on the ornaments of the Giving Tree to see the list of much needed items. Select a gift and you will be guided to complete this transaction on the website. All of the money goes straight to FEYW. To learn more about FEYW, please refer to their site: www.feyw.org

Investing in educating girls reaps a double dividend - an educated girl will become a woman who spends more on schools for her own children, who earns more money and respect for her family - who tips the balance from poverty to progress.

You have our grateful thanks for whatever contribution you can make.

Warmly,

Christine Drusch - Betsy Ewing - Afi Lowry - Sharon Reddehase
